was that of the old man from Mazatlan
who lost his hand
in a night fight just before the night he died

so at age 24 he made love to a Spanish whore
she fell hard and wanted more of what he wore
the name his family held for centuries
he could not seize away from her prying eyes

as 50 years go by
he held his alibi
he never raised his knife to protect his life
never had a reason to feel no shame
but she changed the game
when she got all of her men to challenge him

so for his final stand
he took out 30 men
until the final one cut off his hand and won
